The Difference

Most brand strategy starts with aesthetics.
This starts with search data.

Traditional brand strategy builds a beautiful identity and hopes the right people discover it. Search-informed brand strategy does something different — it starts with the actual language your audience uses when they're looking for what you offer. Every word, every positioning choice, every content pillar is built from that data.

The result is a brand with clarity built in from the start. One that ranks, resonates, and earns authority — because it was designed around how real people search, not how founders assume they do.

"We build brand direction from actual search intent data. That's what makes us different — and that's what makes the strategy last."

Search-Informed
Brand Strategy

A complete brand direction built on search intelligence. Not a mood board. Not a logo kit. A strategic foundation — positioning, voice, content architecture — built to rank, to resonate, and to give your brand a clear reason to exist in a crowded market.

Without Search-Informed Strategy

  • Positioning built on assumptions about your audience
  • Brand voice developed in isolation from real search data
  • Content strategy bolted on after the brand is built
  • Beautiful identity that no one finds organically
  • Constant guessing about what to say and to whom

With Search-Informed Strategy

  • Positioning anchored in how your audience describes their own problems
  • Brand voice built from the language they already use
  • Content architecture woven into the brand direction from day one
  • A brand designed to be found and trusted by the right people
  • A clear, documented direction you return to every time

The Brief

A clear product. No coherent brand.

Sensitive Skin Home had a well-defined product focus — home and personal care for people with reactive, sensitive skin — but no positioning that distinguished it in an increasingly crowded wellness market. No brand voice. No content direction. No sense of who, specifically, they were speaking to.

The founder needed more than a logo and a colour palette. She needed a brand that knew what it stood for — and a strategy that made it findable by the right people.

The Approach

Search first. Everything else follows.

Before a single design decision was made, we started with search intent research. We mapped how people with sensitive skin actually describe their problem — the language they use when they're frustrated, when they're comparing products, when they're ready to buy.

What emerged wasn't the clinical language the industry typically uses. It was something more personal, more emotionally specific, and far more nuanced than standard category keywords suggested. That language became the foundation of everything — positioning, voice, content pillars, and visual mood.

"We didn't start with how the brand wanted to sound. We started with how the audience was already talking. Everything we built came from that — that's what makes this approach different from traditional brand strategy."

The Outcome

Sensitive Skin Home left with a brand that knew what it was — not a collection of assets, but a direction. A voice. A clear sense of who they were speaking to and why those people would choose them. That clarity is what makes every subsequent decision — what to post, what to write, what to sell, what to say no to — faster, easier, and more consistent.
